  1. Verify Appointment Schedule and Ensure All Appointments Are Confirmed:
    • Review the day’s appointment schedule to ensure accuracy.
    • Confirm that all appointments for the day are verified with patients.
    • Check for any last-minute cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Update the electronic scheduling system with any changes.
    • Communicate the final schedule to all relevant staff members.
  2. Check Voicemail and Email for Urgent Messages:
    • Check the office voicemail for any messages received after hours.
    • Prioritize and respond to urgent messages immediately.
    • Forward relevant messages to appropriate staff members.
    • Check the office email inbox for any urgent communications.
    • Ensure that any critical information is communicated to the team.
  3. Ensure All Examination Rooms Are Stocked and Prepared:
